No, not a Timex, that takes a lickin’ and keeps on tickin’.  This takes a shooting and keeps on … kabooting….

This is as close to mines as I wanna get…

Gameplay is simple and familiar.  Don’t click the mines, just flag them all and clear the rest of the grid.  There are several minesweeper clones for ds out there, but i like this one’s game play the best (so far).

On Jeopardy last week, the Final Jeopardy clue was: “This dude’s game features coffee, jumping, awesomeness, robots, and tasty pastries”  The answer: What is Johnny Platform’s Biscuit Romp?

But, on a slightly more serious note, this is a very fun, well executed piece of homebrew.  The mechanics are simple, the artstyle is colorful and clean, and the physics are very easy to get used to.

If you beat this game, you can be either a King or a Queen of the Stone Age….game.

This is a port of the Amiga Game by the same name.  You need to get the dinosaur from the start tunnel through the maze to the other tunnel, through all 100 levels.  Make sure to read the included instructions.

Setsuzoku no Puzzle means “Puzzle of connections” in Japanese.

This is another tile matching game, where the link between the two tiles can have two corners or turn maximum.  With link combos and online leaderboards and three difficulty levels, this is a great way to pass the time or challenge a friend.

A full point stronger than pentavirus.

This is a great but simple game.  You start with the lower left virus activated, you simply touch the color of an adjacent  hex you wish to infect.  Try to infect the entire board, if you succeed, you can try again with one less attempt.

Jelly Block, Jelly block, jelly all the way.

Great port the of addictive game where the object is to move the block until all of each color is touching.  There are 100 levels.
